{"id":970,"date":"2020-04-03T20:03:40","date_gmt":"2020-04-03T20:03:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gamedeschile.com\/?p=970"},"modified":"2023-01-16T15:34:55","modified_gmt":"2023-01-16T15:34:55","slug":"dimensional-quantum-leap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gamedeschile.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/03\/dimensional-quantum-leap\/","title":{"rendered":"Dimensional Quantum Leap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La idea\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDimensional Quantum Leap\u201d nos lleva de viaje junto a un cient\u00edfico medio irreverente, el cual crea un traje que le permite realizar saltos dimensionales. Dicho traje sufre un desperfecto en la prueba con humanos (es decir con \u00e9l mismo) y lo hace saltar a periodos del pasado y futuro en dimensiones paralelas de manera incontrolable.<\/p>\n<p>El argumento se me ocurri\u00f3 como un homenaje a aquella fant\u00e1stica serie de los a\u00f1os 80\u00b4s del siglo pasado llamada \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quantum_Leap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Quantum Leap<\/a>\u201d, en ella ve\u00edamos al Dr. Samuel Becket dar saltos inter dimensionales a lugares insospechados y completamente fuera de l\u00f3gica. La idea\u2026 no nueva\u2026 era fresca en funci\u00f3n de la din\u00e1mica de la serie y fue as\u00ed como nace el concepto base de este proyecto, el cual va enfocado a las variaciones entre dimensiones visitadas y la il\u00f3gica en los estilos gr\u00e1ficos y elementos que circundan en cada nivel.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado es din\u00e1mico y r\u00edtmico, lo cual se visualiza en las animaciones y musicalizaci\u00f3n de cada nivel\u2026 no deja de ser naiff en funci\u00f3n al grado ic\u00f3nico de la gr\u00e1fica asociada directamente al pixel art y en contraposici\u00f3n al dise\u00f1o del personaje, el cual viene del mundo del comic y, por ende, posee m\u00e1s rasgos humanizados que la variable dimensional.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Necesit\u00e1bamos una primera imagen del protagonista y fue ah\u00ed donde entr\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artstation.com\/badillafloyd?fbclid=IwAR0xelqFwoGFLeIUgglb1uG7LShLwzzK33W4Dm6IKvOEDGeDaRrA505q9JE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Badillafloyd<\/a> a dar ese primer acercamiento visual necesario para ordenar el universo gr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1384 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gamedeschile.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/PANTALLA_INSTALADOR-1024x661.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"661\" desarrollo del personaje principal fue tarea de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soulbattery.com\/sycv\/Roberto_Rivera_G_Portafolio_Gr%C3%A1fico.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roberto Rivera<\/a>, para lo cual se le encarg\u00f3 desarrollar visualmente al protagonista y visualizar la g\u00e9nesis del argumento previo al desarrollo en niveles del videojuego y mostrar el origen de los saltos inter dimensionales del personaje principal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1394 size-large aligncenter\" proceso gr\u00e1fico fue necesario dar el ritmo para sincronizar movimientos animados que solo pod\u00edan ser vistos en la imaginaci\u00f3n, requer\u00edamos de piezas musicales para imaginar al personaje principal movi\u00e9ndose en los distintos universos. href=\"https:\/\/www.behance.net\/andi_dinot9370?fbclid=IwAR1yhZ8X7Yer4HT5TLNO5xL0S_rnBBwETl-i3IfLx_43ZzceA372Mw3OUIE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Andr\u00e9s Silva<\/a>,
